We could not possibly recommend RK Construction enough. We just completed a large project that included an addition, kitchen and bath renovation, heat pump system install, floor installation and refinishing, painting, and exterior work including new siding and patio. We were continuously put at ease during what should have been a completely overwhelming process by the kindness and expertise from Ralph, Manny, Mike, Tracey, and all their vendors and subcontractors. On top of providing top-tier service and doing beautiful work, RK came in under time and on budget.



During the planning phase, Ralph was easy to communicate with, very detailed and patient in his explanations of the process, and presented us with exactly the design we asked for.



During the construction phase, Manny served as job supervisor and was onsite every day caring for our home as though it was his own. My husband and I both work hybrid schedules and the bulk of the work was done during our daughter’s summer vacation, so at least one of us was always in the way of the work being done. Manny, Mike, and everyone respected our space, cleaned the site daily, and took extra care to accommodate our needs. Manny was a wonderful partner to us throughout the process - he knew when to execute exactly what we wanted and he knew when we were indecisive or overwhelmed and how to guide us. He served as conductor and coordinator of so many moving parts and made it seem smooth and seamless.



Throughout the process, we met with vendors for cabinetry, appliances, tile, countertops, and plumbing fixtures as well as their subcontractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, and hardscaping. The respect and admiration each of them had for Ralph and all of the RK crew was evident in talking to them and served as a huge reassurance for us.



We solicited quotes from three contractors. RK Construction did not come in at the lowest price. They use high-quality products and their craftsmanship is intentional and meticulous in a way that earns the higher price tag. You will not regret spending a little more when the process and results are everything you’d expect and more.

This is the second time I have used RK Construction, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Their workmanship is excellent across the board - painters, electricians, and the tile specialist all did a top notch job. The best part is that Ralph takes care of all the details, so I didn't have to worry about coordinating different contractors. Manny expertly managed the timing of each specialty, ensuring everthing ran smoothly. If I wanted to change something, a phone call to Ralph was all it took. No stress, no hassel - just quality work. We most certainly give 👍 👍 to the RK Construction Co. for the work they did for us recently. They built an addition on the first floor so we could have a full bath on that level and also winterized a 3 season porch and turned it into a beutiful sunroom. The quality of their work was excellent and the job was well planned and organized so there were never any unnecessary delays. Just wanted to give my highest recommendation to Ralph Khirallah and his team at RK Construction. My family did an extensive renovation in Westwood in 2021. We added a new room, remodeled our kitchen, master bedroom, master bathroom, added a laundry room, added a new heating/cooling zone, installed new hardscape, replaced our windows, and repainted the interior and exterior of our home. Throughout the project from July through November Ralph, Manny, and their team worked almost every day of the week to get our house done on time and the quality was beyond our expectations. We had a fantastic experience working with Ralph, Manny, John and the entire RK team, along with their crews over the course of our 7-month remodel - a kitchen addition, new primary bathroom, and the "100-year service" for the entire home - from upgraded electrical service, new windows, refinished floors, and paint inside and out. Not to mention the addition of central air conditioning and in-floor radiant heating in the new addition that their HVAC professionals were able to tie into our existing heating system.



All of this while our family of 4, plus a cat, were living in the house throughout the course of the project. We hired RK Construction to do a bath renovation. When I received a phonecall that he could start the job a bit earlier than originally scheduled I was elated. We started with Dana as the foreman who was very communicative and went over and beyond. When the foreman changed over to Manny there was no disruption with any part of the job; he continued with the same communication. They were always on time and always kept the place clean when the day finished. I could not ask for a better team of people to work with and would use them again for any other home project we would have. Thanks so much and we absolutely love our bathroom!

We hired RK Construction to do two projects at our home, a deck and a major basement renovation. I can’t say enough good things about this team! They arrived on schedule, completed the project on time, and did a wonderful job. They use high quality products, took the time to educate us so we understood the decisions we were making, and have conscientious, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dana, the foreman, talked with me each morning to fill me in on the plan for the day and answer any questions I had about the work. He was even helpful (and patient) with me when I had to delay the finish of the porch because we ordered a hot tub that hadn’t yet arrived.
